The paleo diet’s nutrient-dense approach brings things “back to basics,” moving away from refined and processed foods. Staples of paleo include vegetables, fruit, meat, seafood, natural fat sources, nuts, seeds, and eggs – you know, the sort of foods that our hunter-gatherer ancestors grazed on.
